    Tiffany has over 10+ years of experience working in mental health, counseling, and with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She holds a BSW from Virginia State University, as well as being a Tova Instructor, Virginia State Notary and QMHP-A certified. Her passion lies in exploring all options and overcoming obstacles in order to build endurance for a life you desire.

  • Dr.Brittany Short

    Program Director

    Dr.Short is a mental health professional and advocate with over 12+ years of experience. Short obtained her undergraduate degree from Virginia State University, MSW degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and DSW from Capella University. Her broad scope of experience includes but is not limited to work with adolescents and adults battling with depression/anxiety, addiction treatment, autism treatment, intellectual and developmental disabilities, traditional outpatient services (individual, group, family), and psychological testing.

  • Shaila Ellis

    Program Director

    Shaila is a Registered Nurse with over 7+ years of experience in child and adult inpatient and outpatient settings as well as community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. She graduated from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.While completing her degree, she completed a Registered Nurse Externship in Emergency and Critical Care. Shaila is passionate about providing quality patient care in a safe and comfortable environment. She makes sure clients feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education and treatment

Her empathetic approach fosters strong therapeutic alliances with her clients, empowering them to navigate their challenges and pursue holistic well-being. Deasia's dedication to ongoing professional development ensures that she remains at the forefront of effective interventions and compassionate care for individuals struggling with behavioral and mental health issues.

    Aga has more than 7+ years' experience in Business, Technology, Human Resources, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is passionate about social impact, community engagement, and mental health advocacy. She holds a BS in Business from Norfolk State University, a MS in Computer Science from Virginia State University, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
